The toggle will switch each time the top rail is pulsed N times, where N is the number of items in the dropper counter below. Same concept as CC002 1wt Divide-by-N Counter but can switch faster, at 8gtDefinition: Minecraft iteratively runs its processing code in a loop. One cycle of this loop is called a Tick or Gametick (gt). Gameticks are also used as the default measurement of time while working with re... clock input if needed.

Considerations

• Much larger than other designs, do not use if 8gt clock change or 1wtDefinition: Annotates the width of a slice, and whether or not you can build them right next to each other. There are systems that are 1 wide, but you can't put 2 next to each other due to Crosstalk, so they d... isn't required
